Refund Policy

Wilson’s must be contacted within 3 days of delivery of your package if you intend to return your purchase.  You have 10 days to return the item for any reason. If Wilson’s is not contacted within 3 days, and/or we do not receive the items within 10 calendar days, no refund will be issued. You must contact us immediately once you receive your package to notify us of any problems regarding the condition of the piece.

 

Instructions for Return:

After contacting us within 3 days of delivery of your package, you have 10 days to return your item. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as when you received it. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged or altered. Please contact us at (833)-294-5766 to arrange for your return. We will provide you an RMA # and instructions for your return via USPS. You must ship the package back to us via USPS, insured for the retail value, and pack the items safely and securely. Once the item is received by us, we will verify the condition of the item and issue a refund within 3 days of receipt.
