Payments
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Wilson's requested wire transfers.
Layaway
As a courtesy to our customers, Wilson's offers complimentary layaway via an easy to use Paypal invoice. We require a minimum down payment of 20% of the purchase price with terms up to 12 months. Please click here to request a layaway!
Upon receipt of a layaway order, Wilson's Estate Jewelry will issue a layaway confirmation which will include the order date, total order amount and the due date for each payment. Please keep this confirmation for your records. The layaway will be immediately taken off the floor and retained for the customer. As payments are received by Wilson's Estate Jewelry, a note will be made on the original invoice which will show the total order amount, amount of payments received and the date received, the balance due and the due date of payments remaining. Please keep these confirmations for your records also. Canceled or returned layaway plans will resort in store credit only. Any layaway not paid in full in the 365 day period will once again be offered for sale to the general public, unless special arrangements have been made with Wilson's Estate Jewelry.
Once payment is received in full the item will be shipped or sized if requested. Please note that no pieces will be released before full payment is received.
*During the holiday sales, previous purchases and layaway orders are ineligible for the extended discount. Rings under $1,000 will incur a sizing fee if being sized by Wilson's.
Your order may take 24-36 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking.
Orders ship Monday through Friday via FedEx Express Standard Overnight. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
Due to the high value of our products signature confirmation will be required on all orders.
All orders are shipped in inconspicuous packaging.

Additional order validation may be required and can delay delivery.
You are responsible for any sales, duty, or other governmental fees, or taxes. We will collect applicable taxes if we determine necessary. Taxes will be calculated at checkout when required.
Fee: Complimentary on all US orders via Fedex Express Standard Overnight.
Delivery time: 1-2 business days from the time that you receive the shipping confirmation and tracking email.

Shipping charges apply to all international purchases. Price will be quoted based on value, destination and location availability by carrier. Please call or e-mail prior to placing an order for shipping fees and to verify shipping is available at your location.
If you are outside the United States, your country's customs might charge an import fee. Purchaser is responsible for all of the imports taxes, duties or other import related fees. You can find more information about import fees by contacting your customs office directly.
The shipping and handling costs are for merchandise listed and described on WilsonsEstateJewelry.com The costs are calculated by the total price of the items in your order. All orders are shipped via FedEx/DHL unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Wilson's must be contacted within 3 days of delivery of your package if you intend to return your purchase. You have 5 days from receipt of your fully insured return label to return the item for any reason. Return labels are sent via email. If Wilson's is not contacted within 3 days, and/or we do not receive the items within 5 calendar days from receipt of return label, no refund will be issued. You must contact us immediately once you receive your package to notify us of any problems regarding the condition of the piece.
Instructions for Domestic Return
All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received it including all of the original packaging. No items will be accepted for return if it is damaged, worn, or altered. Please contact us at +1.833.294.5766 to arrange for your return.
We will provide you a return label and detailed instructions for your return via FedEx. You must ship the package back to us via FedEx and pack the items safely and securely. Once the item is received by us, we will verify the condition of the item and issue a refund within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us at the number provided.

After contacting us within 3 days of delivery of your package purchaser is responsible for all international shipping costs and tracking must be sent and verified for the return of the item. You must ship the package back to us, insured for the retail value, and pack the items safely and securely. Sales tax applies to orders purchased via appointment or shipped within Pennsylvania.
Unless otherwise stated, all gemstones are graded and are evaluated in their mountings. Approximate weights and average quality grades are arrived at using the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) grading scale. Mountings prohibit full and accurate observation of gem quality and weight, all data pertaining to mounted gems can be considered as approximate unless accompanied by an independent laboratory report (GIA, AGL or EGL). Major diamonds are graded with the use of pre-graded permanent master diamonds color comparison stones and the grading nomenclature prescribed by the GIA. Colored Gemstones are graded using the GIA prescribed colored stones grading system and nomenclature. Major colored stones are described using Gem Dialogue color grading system.
Authenticity, antiquity, decorative periods, vintages and or circa dating are determined to the best of our ability based on materials incorporated, methods of manufacture, design, hallmarks and signatures, lapidary techniques, technological developments and consultation of our extensive reference library and materials. Dating and period attributions are not an exact science as decorative periods frequently overlap and borrow influences from one another.
All pieces are evaluated by our on site GIA Graduate Gemologist.

For orders over $1,000 we offer complimentary sizing if the process and size requested is possible for that particular piece.
Sizing requests can be made via email or as an order note in your shopping cart.
Sizing takes approximately 5 business days to complete and are processed in the order received.
During an appointment we are happy to provide a professional ring fitting to confirm your size.
Sizing is at the discretion of Wilson's Estate Jewelry.
We also provide one complimentary stone tightening/prong assessment within the first year of purchasing an engagement ring with us.
We only can work on pieces that were sold by us and do not curate custom work.
All jewelry has been assessed by our quality control supervisor before listing to ensure integrity.
We understand accidents happen and we will gladly assess your piece and give an estimate for work.
Repairs include: sizing, stone tightening, polishing, re-tipping, and clasp maintenance.

We can provide appraisals on pieces in our inventory. The cost for this service is $70.
An appraisal is not the resale value of a piece, it is the replacement value of the piece.
Replacement value ensures finances to re-purchase or re-make lost or stolen jewelry.
Insurance is provided at your own discretion, typically as an extension through your homeowners insurance.
Appraisals are done in house and take approximately 3 day to process.
Jewelry can be dropped off for evaluation and picked up at a later time.
Upon receipt you will receive your cleaned jewelry and appraisal paperwork (digital and hardcopy).
