- Designed as an oval domed brooch glossed with opaque enamel - exhibiting no loss
- Depicting a colorful portrait of a coy Baroque woman adorned in a masquerade mask - "Masked Beauty"
- Woman has a trio of seed pearls as a headband and rose cut diamonds as eyes
- Surrounded by a concentric frame decorated by gold circles and foliate
- Terminating as a ribboned bow suspending an articulated pearl drop
- Back reveals a hollow recess with a removable glass cover
- Completed by a pin stem with closure
