- Featuring an oval turquoise cabochon measuring approximately 9.5 x 6.8 mm
- Opaque with strongly greenish blue color and exhibits little to no matrix
- Bezel set in a highly rendered mounting with one shoulder as a hissing snake
- While other shoulder is a lizard with an old mine cut diamond set in its head - approximately 0.05 carat
- Textured with fine foliate and scale details
- Tested as 18 karat gold
- With a dated inscription - circa 1900
