- Suspending a gold frame decorated as a highly rendered floral motif that holds a rotating rectangular barrel form that has same floral motif
- Bezel set with rectangular cuts of faceted amethyst, faceted citrine, and a carnelian intaglio
- Amethyst is light purple and backed by stronger color, citrine is a bright light yellow, carnelian is a translucent orange color
- One side is accented by an enticing pyramidal texture
- Tested as 18 karat gold
