Return QR codes are sent via email. If Wilson's is not contacted within 3 days, and/or we do not receive the items within 5 calendar days from receipt of return label, no refund will be issued. You must contact us immediately once you receive your package to notify us of any problems regarding the condition of the piece.

Please note that orders cancelled prior to shipment will not be refunded for credit card processing fees incurred at the rate of 3%.
