- Inscribed in latin 'O Maria concepta sine peccato, ora pro nobis qui ad te confugimus'
- Translating to 'O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.'
- Reverse depicts the symbol of Mary, an 'M' with a cross through it
- Surrounded by twelve stars for the twelve apostles
- Above the Sacred and Immaculate hearts
- Symbolizing faith, hope, and healing
- Stamped with French hallmarks for 18 karat gold
