We offer our pieces direct to consumer allowing us to purchase pieces at a fair price. We make competitive offers to our clients who wish to sell jewelry, diamonds and gemstones.

Should you find yourself in a position where you are considering selling a piece, Wilson's understands that this may be an emotional decision and we are sensitive to each client's situation. For jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and luxury watches, clients work with our buying team and one of our GIA Graduate Gemologists who will provide an offer based on the current fair market value of each piece.

We will go out of our way to provide our clients with an experience unmatched by industry competitors.

In the form below, please attach photos of your jewelry. Include clear photos of the front, back, sides, and any marks if applicable. If you have a laboratory report or appraisal be sure to include them as well. Clear photos will help our specialists accurately assess your jewelry.

In the description section please provide a brief description and any details that will help our specialist determine the initial offer.

Please keep in mind that we do not offer appraisals. 

Here at Wilson’s we pride ourselves on offering quality pieces to our customers. If your jewelry fits our current criteria, we will contact you via phone or email with an offer range if it is a submission we are interested. The range will include an estimated low offer and an estimated high offer. 

Ultimately the final offer price will depend on the evaluation by our specialists.

Due to the high volume of submissions we will only contact you if we are interested in pursuing your submission. 

If you are satisfied with the offer range, Wilson’s will send you an insured FedEx shipping label, insured for the high end of the initial offer amount.

Please make sure the piece is safety packaged to prevent damage during shipping. All jewelry must be double boxed.

Once your jewelry is received by Wilson’s it will be promptly evaluated by our on staff GIA Graduate Gemologist and our specialists. We will contact you via email or phone with the final offer within 24 - 48 hours depending on the size of the collection.

If you do not accept Wilson’s offer or if your jewelry does not fit our criteria, we will safely and secure return your pieces via FedEx, fully insured for the high end of the initial offer amount.

Once an offer has been accepted, Wilsons will email you a DocuSign document and will require you to submit a government issued photo Id for regulatory laws.

The payment will be initiated within 1-2 business days via check, wire transfer or PayPal.

If you are visiting our showroom, the payment will be made on the day of sale. We will require a government issued photo Id for regulatory laws.
